I’m so glad you’re here.
I’ve been blogging since 2020, it started with my passion for sustainability and crafts. I also love exploring pop-up markets, travelling and thoughtful living. I wanted to have a creative outlet for all my hobbies, but also create a useful resource for anyone who loves thoughtful living, a place for shared inspiration, ideas, and discoveries.
I’m the proud owner of an allotment, where I grow my own organic vegetables. Right now, it’s just one big experiment full of trial and error, with lots of learning. But I absolutely love it, and I’m excited to share all my discoveries along the way.
I have two dogs – Chewy & Lulu, who we take on regular walks in nature. We’re always exploring beautiful forests and national parks with them.
I’m an Interior Designer by trade, which means I’m endlessly drawn to cosy interiors, beautiful aesthetics, and conscious living. I can’t wait to share my sustainable and eco-friendly finds, so you can discover some treasures for your homes too.
In 2020, yes, during lockdown, I founded Saffron & Serai, a sustainable, plastic-free brand. I make Beeswax Wraps and Beeswax Bags using traditional Malaysian Batik to replace cling wrap in our homes. Six years on, I’ve learnt so much about business, on the ground experience such as; picking the right markets, creativity, and solo-entrepreneurship, I’d love to bring you along on that journey as well.
As you can see, I have many passions! This blog is my space to document, explore, and share them all. So follow along as we grow, learn, and discover a slower, more intentional way of living together.

I couldn’t live without
My laptop. I always have so many projects on the go, there’s always something to do. And I love juggling a few things at the same, if I get stuck on one thing I can jump onto something else so there’s always progress happening. And also my sewing machine, I taught myself to sew from Youtube during lockdown.
Morning person or night owl?
Morning! There’s something about being up at the crack of dawn and having the world to myself. Even if I tried, I can’t for the life of me stay up at night.

YouTube – anything that I can learn from, tutorials, documentaries, DIY, etc.
favourite travel destination
Italy, I have deep love for the country the Italians are so chic and just know how to enjoy life – sitting at cafes, people watching in the chicest fashion! I need to practice the saying, ‘Dolce Far Niente’, the art of doing nothing.
Best piece of advice i’ve received
‘Done is better than perfect!’ Once I started applying this, it helped me to stop procrastinating and just get it done, stopped me mulling over endless details. You can always go back and tweak it.
